Your provider can tell you how many people used the service. It cannot tell you how many people never did. The Total Support Usage Audit was built to answer that question.

In 2024, nearly 85% of employers told HCML that only 3 to 5% of their staff used their EAP. The rest still come in every day, and what they carry shows up in their work, not on the sickness record. PRC Workforce asks your staff, anonymously, what they use, what they don't and why. The report gives you the number, why people stay away, and what to fix first, cheapest first.
A page from the sample report
Every person who replies falls into one of three groups. Each needs a different fix, at a very different cost.
Different problem.
Different fix.
Different cost.
Invented figures for an invented organisation, taken from the sample report. Your report shows your own. Every figure is a share of the people who replied, and the front page shows how many were asked and how many replied.
A two-page sample report, sent to your work email. Fill this in and it is on its way.
Three founding places: the first 90 days of the programme free, for audits booked by 31 January 2027.

Not using support is not one problem. It is three, and on paper they all look the same: a zero.
They were fine. No cost and no action. What matters is how many of your non-users this really is.
The money is spent and the message never landed. A communication fix, the cheaper of the two, once you know how many people it covers.
Often because they did not want it on a record. They keep coming in, and it shows in their work, not on the sickness record. This group costs you, and nobody tells you.
A board can act on each of these. It cannot act on one blended figure. Only 27% of employees in one national survey even realised their EAP existed. HCML, 2024
A written report on your own staff. It shows how many used any of your support, and each kind on its own. How many did not know it was there. How many knew and stayed away and, with around a hundred replies, the main reason why. Then what to fix first, cheapest first. The questions find the gap. The report tells you what to do about it. Your staff give five minutes and no names.

If the report shows people are not using your support, this is built for them. It comes by email. Nobody gives their name to you. It works on how their working day runs, not their health, so there is nothing to admit and no clinical record.
Because answering costs them nothing. No name, no admission, and no answer is ever linked to them. Some still will not answer. So the report prints how many people were asked and how many replied on its front page, and every figure comes from the people who replied.
Every first conversation is with Jon Cull directly. Not a form, not a sales team, not a junior. If it does not fit, you will be told so.

Your provider can tell you how many people used the service. It cannot tell you how many never did, or why. This report can. The questions find the gap. The report tells you what to do about it, in an order you can act on and put in front of your board.

What your staff give: 24 questions, about five minutes, no names, nothing to type.
The report is yours to keep and use, whatever you decide next.
Most usage figures come from the provider whose service is being judged. PRC Workforce takes no fee or commission from any provider, and the report recommends none of ours. It ranks the fixes cheapest first. Why that matters →
Anything that points to a person. Group figures only, with the number invited and the number who replied on the front page. No breakdown by department, site or team. Nobody types a name, and there is no comment box. If fewer than 30 people reply, no figures are issued and the fee is refunded in full.
Go ahead with the 90-day programme within three months of your report and the whole audit fee comes off it.
| One organisation, one site, up to 500 staff | £3,450 |
| Up to five sites or five parts of the business | £5,450 |
| Repeat audit at twelve months | £1,750 |
| Both audits committed together, single site | £4,650 |
You are never asked what you pay for your existing support.

The audit. One link for everybody, answered on people's own phones. No names and nothing to type. I never receive a staff list. You see group figures only.
The 90-day programme. People sign up on their own phone with an email address they choose, and are told to use a personal one. The system holds that address, a random seat number and their own scores. None of it reaches you. You see group figures only.
For the people the report shows knew about your support and stayed away. It comes by email over 90 days.
£9,750 a year for one site up to 500 staff. £6,300 if you go ahead within three months of your audit report. Above 500 staff it is priced on headcount.
Three founding places. The first 90 days free, for audits booked by 31 January 2027. Places go in the order audits finish.

I am a businessman, not an HR professional. I am not here to tell anyone how to do their job.
Research showed me a gap. Employers pay for support for their staff, and most staff never use it. The support is rarely the problem. The way it is offered and delivered is.
Poor employee health costs UK employers £51bn a year (Deloitte, 2024). Most of that cost cannot be seen inside one organisation. PRC Workforce measures it first, so it can be dealt with.
Book half an hour. Every first call goes to me personally. Not a sales team, not a junior. We cover how many of your people actually use your current support, and whether PRC fits. You are never asked what you pay for it. If it does not, I will tell you.
If you would rather see a number first, use the form and ask for a Usage Audit, or for a founding place. Tell me roughly how many people you have and I will come back with the dates, the invitation for you to send, and a fixed price before you commit to anything.
